How Can I diplay all RSS feed into sigle RSS feed?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you want to read external RSS feeds (from other sites) and combine them into a feed that you're offering on your site?

In Vbulletin we have rss feed in every forum.
How can I merge all this RSS into one and create single RSS.

The feed url for the full feed is external.php?type=RSS2. There isn't any icon for it like there is for the forums, but some (if not all) browsers have a way to subscribe to the RSS feed from a page, if it exists.
