We suppose to add new notice in admin cp, right?
Can you give us more details how to complete those fields?

I would like to reverse this, i.e., have an option to NOT display a notice if the visitor is using a mobile device.

What do I change to do that?

Try the attached, but please report back - I edited the XML by hand and have not tested in order to get it up quickly, but am reasonably confident ...

Will test in the next day or so when I get time if you'd prefer to wait.

the built in using style notice criteria or the NOT using style criteria I knocked up may also suit your purposes
