Subforum list

hello,

I do not if I am posting in the right section, but I do have a question regarding how subforums are displayed when a user selects the parent forum from the forumhome. Basically, I have a custom theme/skin and the developer is no longer available to support his work.

Issue: The Subforums list is broken into separate "sections" where each subforum has its own header and footer image. This attribute is causing the subforum section (that is displayed above the forumbits) to be very large forcing a user to scroll down several times before seeing the threads in the parent forum.



I would like to the subforum sections to be in a single table with only one header/footer in order to reduce the space above the parent forum threads and to remove the subforum titles form the header ( the off center stuff)


Any advice on which templates to edit and how to go about it would be greatly appreciated. I have been fiddling with many templates and trying to look at vB default skin as a reference.... no success ;-(
