You can change your Pm and Announcement style like vbulletin.org. If any questions, you can ask me here.

New Templates:
if you need edit, you can use this templates of product. (automatic added)
  • postbit_pm
  • postbit_announcement

Settings:
You can access settings panel on: AdminCP/New PM and ANNO Settings:
  • The New PM style active? (ON/OFF)
  • The New ANNOUNCEMENT style active? (ON/OFF)

Mine don't have anything except a Yes and No there is no edit or anything like in your screenshot
