I am having the same problem, and I too have a purevb theme. I guess it stopped working around December last year as recently a member said he forgot his password, and that Facebook Connect did not allow him to connect. When clinking on my Facebook Connect button the url just seems to reload in browser taking to no other site. When click on settings in profile and editing connection it just flickers. It also does this when trying through the register.php file. I have created new style, and also disabled plugins/hook system. Still have issue and any help would be greatly appreciated.
