Is there anybody out there who could create a modification to change a poll vote in a thread?

There's on available for 3.8 but I haven't seen one out for vB4

I am just cleaning it up now... should be able to release it tonight or tomorrow. Will post again with a link when it's ready.

It will allow users to "unvote" and then re-vote if they want.
