Not a mod, just a workaround.

Put a password on the section and only give the password to people 18+. Alot of people will lie about their age when they sign-up anyway. So make them show proof.

Also to stop the 18+ people giving out the password to everyone. Make a seperate Usergroup for the 18+ members and set it up so only people in the 18+ usergroup can view the section contents
