Hello All i am in a real trouble and want to get it solved ASAP.
my problem is when i login to my vBulletin forum is say's password wrong,
this problem is coming for every member of my forum.
tell me how to get it solved
please tell me how could i get it fixed?
when i try to recover password it says pass sent but email is not coming.
Plz Plz Plz tell me its answer,

its not problem with email.
email is not recieving.
and also security passwords are missing i need help.....

TRUNCATE strikes

(or truncate the table from PhpMyAdmin or whatever you use).

It looks like that error only happens if it thinks you used up your strikes within the last 900 seconds, but if the server time has changed it might get confused.

This usually happens if you or your host setup a proxy like Cloudflare. vbulletin sees everyone as having the same ip address and can lock everyone out.

Clearing the strikes table is a temporary fix but you will need to disable the proxy or make manual file edits the proxy should provide to fix this long term.
