Allow unrestricted PM'ing to admin/mods

Hi there,

On our forum we have a setup whereby regular (free) users have a limit of sending around 10 PM in a 24 hour period. New users with less than 50 posts are not allowed to send any PMs at all until they reach 50 posts. A certain VIP group (regardless of post count) can send unlimited PMs to anybody.

We'd like to be able to allow ALL users regardless of their usergroup PM restrictions to be able to both receive and send PMs to the moderator and administrator usergroups. Is there a mod/hack that will allow the mod and admin usergroups to be excluded from users' PM restrictions?

It would be an invaluable feature. So many people who are unable to use our PM system find it incredibly frustrating when they cannot easily communicate with staff on the forum. Using the contact us form isn't an ideal solution for many and it takes the user away from our forum which is not what we want.
