How to leave space before text in the Message Box?
Hello All,
When I post a message, I want my text of certain lines to appear after 2 or 3 tabs, or at 20th or 30th character space in the Message Box, basically I need some preceeding space. If I use tab button inside the Message Box, it doesn't work. If I type some blank space it appears while typing but after posting it doesn't appear. The text gets left aligned. Please guide me to leave some preceeding space in my message lines. Thanks. |

Hi Simon Llyod,
Thanks for trying to helping me. But this is not exactly I was trying to do. Sorry for not able to express it properly. What I was trying to do is, inside the Text Editor Box, while typing I want to leave some spaces and type again after certain number of spaces. For example, I have a poem, I want to post it in the forum, and I want to mention them that two lines are repeated, like how I coloured it in red here. I get space here, but only problem is not aligned. But in my board vb 4.1.x it is removing all spaces in between, like the last paragraph here. Code:
My Butterfly My butterfly seemingly delicate with wings of steel cold sharp steel My butterfly ) draws the helpless ) 2 with her unsurpassed beauty there is no resisting My butterfly) (how it is appearing in my board) who has no feelings) 2 but is emotional making me want to hurt when she hurts |
