I was at a site a few days ago for vbulletin , and it let you make style and **** and it would preview them in a big frame at the top that goes all the way across. On the left bottom side there was a color key with hex codes , on the right there was style already made , and in the middle the place to change the colors.

Anyone know the addy to this site ? I forgot to bookmark it
