Not sure about the 2nd one, but I'm using vBH on 4.1.10 without any problems.

They aren't quite what I'm looking for. The above picture is below the navbar, it's like.. Each button has it's own forums inside.

Unfortunately there's only one addon that does this but is also outdated. Some people did report it to work though.
