I run vBulletin 4.1.5 Patch Level 1

Can I include a picture in an Announcement? Can I do it with BB code or HTML?
Someone, please, give me exact directions on how I can get this done.

As i think u can use HTML

When you add an announcement you can select options to allow html or bbcode using the radio buttons at the bottom.
