Login outside forums vBulletin

Hello everyone,

I think this should be very simple!! I Google it everywhere but cannot find the solution. I just need to log in users outside the forums. If possible, with Facebook Connect.

I am thinking about buying a new licence for another website but I am getting stuck making very simple things.
