Hey guys,

It's been about a year since I worked on my forum and I am looking for a good "support ticket" system for my forum to handle questions/issues from forum users.

I used to use Microsupport but I see that it is no longer compatible with 4.1.

Can anyone recommend a good "support ticket system" mod for the current Vbulletin?

I am more concerned with quality of the mod than price (ie willing to pay for a good one).

This still works with 4.1.xxx
we have used it fine without a problem since 3.8...
