Does Vbulletin have a bots usergroup so the bots can access the entire site even private sections to registered members??

This is called "cloaking". Cloaking will get you banned on most (all?) SEs. Here is a link to Google's guidelines: http://www.google.com/support/webmas...n&answer=35769.

but in case if i use a plugin that cut the first post, visitors and bots can see half of posts while members can see the full post.

I guess its ok right?
