In postbit template go down to about line 90 and modify:

        <div class="postbody" 
                <vb:if condition="$post['usergroupid'] == 5">style="background-color:red;"</vb:if>
                <vb:if condition="$post['usergroupid'] == 6">style="background-color:blue;"</vb:if>>
