Yea, I tried googling, and found nothing in terms of a possible fix to this.

In my error logs are just errors for when I tried to install custom http error vB generic shell templates, which didn't work.. Aside from that, nothing.
My whole forum is based on uploading attachments.. So without even being able to upload a filesize larger than (it seems) 100KB.. I can't really do a lot.

It's set at 0
as well as attachments per post
