Does anyone know which mod was used to create these pages?

Site 1
Site 2
Site 3

Since there are 3 different websites with nearly identical functionality and formatting, I'm assuming they were created by the same hack / coder?

It was created using PHP scripts.

My guess is it is part of the tracker code. I know of a couple of people who write tracker code and both do it for a fee. So, my guess is it is one of the add-ons they offer.
