if you have access to your database then just download it, and import it into the new site (make sure to update config.php on the new site to reflect the new database name/pass)

cPanel has a feature (if you use WHM/cPanel) to backup the entire database (users/forums/posts everything...)
in cPanel, you would download the database with the backup wizard, then import it into phpmyadmin (depending on size, you may need to import via SSH)
