Notifactions to Staff

I tried searching for this by wording it differently and came up blank but is there a current mod available or even native function I have yet to discover that can create a dismissable notice to staff members but in addition to the native Notices function also let's me know they have read it? When a notice gets dismissed does that show in one of the logs somewhere maybe? I'd like to accomplish this without using PM's and subsequent read receipts.

Table: noticedismissed is probably what you are looking for. The userid and noticeid are in there.

Where is that located?

That table? It's in your database. It's isn't something you may see except via whatever you use to access your database (unless you write some custom script to show you this information).
