How can i use facebook comments in articles?

Hi

i want to place facebook comment system under each article but i cant !

this is facebook code :

<div id="fb-root"></div><script src="http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1"></script><fb:comments href="PAGE URL" num_posts="2" width="500"></fb:comments>

i replace href="" with href="{vb:raw href}" but when i see href="" instead of href="{ARTICLE URL}" and facebook said :

The comments plugin requires an href parameter.

Help please , ty

When you use the href tag and view source does the url format correctly?
