High score and rankings

Was wondering if anyone knows why a Members:

Highscores is 134
Rankings is 135
and King of the Arcade is 136

Should they all be the same, the database shows 134 top scores for that member.

The 2nd and 3rd place Members, Rankings and Highscores match.

Do you have any games in a non active Category ??

Yes I have deleted games and I do have a non active cat that I install the games to before I post them to an active Cat, but is empty.

I have updated the score tools and the Champs, also Optimized and Repaired the scores in the Forum Maintenance section.


I am running the Suite but have the CMS disabled, score code is in the index.php and the content.php uncommented. Running VB 4.18 and latest version of Arcade.

I looked though the arcade code..Theres two different querys for the Highscores and
Rankings..

Highscores reads from the champ table..
Rankings reads from the games_scores table and it puts the highest score on top..
If you have a game that scored 0,,then it goes to time and its set for the shortest time..

You might have a game like this causing your problem..

You can find those games by :
Arcade main page >> Arcade ModCP >> Option box on the left >> Scores :
By User : enter that user name
In Game : All Games
Score is : Less than 1

Then click: Search

Only check the ones with a score of 0.
Then click: Remove Selected.

Then go to admincp >> Arcade >> Score Tools..
Update Highscores,,Update the Best Results,,Update League

I checked the Champs table and the members scores are 144 so her Highscores are correct.
I have already removed any 1st place scores of zero and updated all counters, but she and other players have do have scores of zero but no 1st place ones but last place scores of zero.
Her Rankings score is 145, 1 point higher then her Highscore does that matter and she is the King of the Arcade with a score of 146.
The member is a lady that is a retired Accountant, so she figures all these numbers should match. Is it normal they are different 144, 145, 146 ?

One other thing, she has a negative score for one of her 1st places, could that be the extra Rankings score. Not sure how the Arcade script handles negative high scores, the game is based off the highest negative score, game is Get Revenge

They all should read from the champ table but they dont..

How did you remove the 1st place scores ??
Did you remove all 0 scores,,they way I posted ??

I had the same problem and removing the 0`s fixed it..

Ok the champ_table in the database showed the member had a score of 144 that was correct.

I did a search of the Rankings page code and found 145 1st place wins, 1 more then the champs_table in the database.

I then did a game by game comparison of the 1st place wins on the members Rankings page verses the champ_table in the database.

I found a game called Memory 3D it had 4 players with a top score of 18, on her Rankings page she was listed as 1st place, but on the games Score page she was in 4th place. I removed all the scores for that game, then updated the Arcade-ModCP-Champs and the admincp-Arcade-Score Tools: Updated Highscores, Best Results, League. Then I removed the game from the Arcade.

That fixed it.
