User Info Block

im trying to work it out, or even write the code myself but geting no luck.

I tried to use my initiative here, but as I thought it doesent work

$my_output = "Hello ". vB::$vbulletin->userinfo['username'];
$my_output = vB::$vbulletin->userinfo['useravatar'];

all i wnna do is show the user avatar under the username
