How Can I Mass Delete Over 6,000 Spam Posts and 3000 Users?

Hi,

I have a huge problem on my hands.. It seems all the spam tools I can find for vBulletin only help prevent new spam.

Is there any way I can do a scan for spam and mass-delete all of it?

If they are mostly from a small number of email addresses, you might be able to sort on that. Additionally if most have common words or phrases search on that and mass delete + ban the users. Quite often the same user posts dozens or hundreds, and when you ban you have the option to delete all messages. There is no easy way.

I was also searching for the same issue, Is there any way to band users in bulk? I have a tons of Spamming users and they are from all different emails.

Im using spam-o-matic, but it scans only newly added topics/posts/users, not existing.

AdminCP > Users > Move/Prune Users
it may/may not help to find/delete users based on various criteria

it may reduce moderating time if one find common signs of spammer accounts

Another idea is to pay some programmer to create Mod (if any exist, please share)
