Disable Image Compression on Attachements
Good-Day,
I have a forum which is about pictures. I have the problem that everytime I add an image as attachement vbulletin forum compresses it and the quality goes down. How can I disable it? The quality is very very low and I cant find any option on admincp on how to change the compression of the images. |

In the adminCP if you go to Attachments > Attachment Manager, there are maximum dimensions and file sizes for each file type. If an image file exceeds any of those it is resized to be within the limits. (Someone else recently had a problem where their images were getting resized even when the limits were set very large, but I'm not sure if that's a general problem or a one-off).
I know you said compression and not resizing, but if compression really is the problem then I'm not sure what to do about that. |
