How would I go about doing this? I want it to show 'x' during a given time (say, 12AM to 3PM), then show 'y' at another given time (3:01PM to 11:59PM).
Oh, and by color, I don't necessarily mean the background, I mean text. |

I believe you will need to write a plugin to do this. Also, you didn't say whether this was server time or user defined time or what.

You'd probably have to write a plugin and if the time is xxx, then put some added CSS into the <head>.
