What exactly do you want reviewed? You have an out-of-box vB 4.x install with generic forum index icons. Looks like the content and member participation is doing just fine though.

I'd recommend you immediately commission a logo design at least, as the forum has no real identity. The logo should be specific to the niche and if you can - why not custom your forum index icons to match the logo. It can be done and your membership base will likely appreciate you more for having done it
