Over at http://www.vbulletinsetup.com they have a feature that I noticed when I was browsing as a guest that states you must have at least 0 or more posts to view signature pictures or links. I tried posting there to find out how to do this but its been a week and no reply.

I was wondering if there is a mod for vB 4.1.7 that allows you to restrict signature links and pictures to require a certain amount of posts, or at least be a registered member?

You can try one of Valter or Borbole's mods:
