Hello guys, one question

I have made a style base on images and I forgot to add a search bar to it with advance search. The more i try to get the correct code I just cant get it to work. Can you guys please tell me how to accomplish this please?

that is already added as default with the software not sure what you are trying to do explain with more detail and some screenshots might help

sorry for the delay. I dont have search on my custom style. So I was wondering for the code to make my own search bar on my forum with a link for advance search if posible.
