Hi,
in the Old Editor i have Disabled the Funktion to Upload from URL with a Templatechange in editor_upload_overlay.
I Comment out the Upload from URL Tab.
But now in the CKEditor i found nothing to do this.
Only Mystics give me an Answer with an additional.css Entry

Code:

#cke_from_url_80, cke_79_uiElement {    display: none !important;}

But this Option works only by the first Upload.

Have anyone a good Idea that works ?
