Helps only slightly to use the integrated 3 to 4 converter, to pull some pieces out of the bastardized hybrid theme it generates.

I cannot believe no one has converted the standard vB3 theme to vB4. No web search reveals this having been done, though. I am going out of my mind trying to rearrange things to make 4 look like 3.
