There's another thing, it says that "This is the master switch to enable/disable thumbnail display. Go to Attachments -> Attachment Manager -> Edit -> Display to choose what image types will be thumbnailed." I go there but I can't find such an option, only the sizes, bytes etc..am I doing something wrong?

I also double-checked I have GD set-up in Options and also, it's installed on the server
