I'm looking for this portal or CMS or whatever they use the websites.

www.psu.com and www.ps3trophies.com

no where to look, not even so is to look for wonder.

They look custom maybe. Why don't you just sent an email to the site admin and ask?

I had thought but I do not think it makes a time consteste send an email to ask about the Mod Wiki has (which is already discovered some time ago) and did not bother to answer.
