i keep getting these bots joining my site, there payday_loan people im having about 3-10 of them sign up daily and there really starting to get on our nerves, is there anyway to prevent them since they dont have the same IP address

Use Q&As at registration. You can also make a usergroup for new members and force the Q&A for their first 10 posts.

Make the questions like: What's four plus 3? (7 or seven)
What's the third word in this sentence? (third)

Just make them easy for your members, but hard for bots.
