need logo and theme please

Hiya

I seem to have muxed up me logo on me forum could use a little help please to get it rite!

The attachment shown is what i intend to use for me logo, also i would love a theme in
similar style to this maybe a light blue sky background with white fluffy clouds running through
it and doves for buttons could this be done please?
