Ok, here's what we have. We have multiple private (premium/paid access) forums. Right now, when a non-premium member tries to click the forum, they see "Private" as the last post on the main forum view and then see "There are no posts in this forum." when clicking into the actual forum.
What we would like is for the actual forum view to list threads with thread titles but to NOT show the thread contents in any way. Is there a mod or plug-in that anyone can recommend? Thanks. |

I tried to set up a test to see how this could be done. I removed all access to a forum except to admins, and on a page where the forum name is displayed it says "Private", but then you said: "and then see "There are no posts in this forum." when clicking into the actual forum." I didn't see that, I see a "you do not have permission to access this page" error message.
