Did you add them using the Advertising tab (not sure which version you are using)?
Try this to find the template they are in - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.) Or, to see if it's a modification, then try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have those banners. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:
