Referral point system

I need a mod for giving points to each user who referred a new member to the forum when a referred user writes for example 50 posts.

You know, I promised my users some money for bringing active users, so I need it to track the amount of posts of the referred users. When a referred user writes 50 posts, I want to add several points to the user who bringed the new member. (It should be possible to add more awards for posts, not just one - e.g. extra points for 100 posts etc)

Every single point should be removable by admin (for example if the user registered a fake account) - and the point system should be possible to disable completely for choosed users.
