Move moderator log to thread page itself

Hello everyone,

is there a way to move the moderator log to the thread page itself? Up to now my moderators always have to click Administrative --> Edit Thread in a thread, in order to see what things were changed. It would be useful for them to see this log above the first posting in a thread. Is there such an option or a modification, with which I can do this?
