Thread Tagging Problem from 3.8 to 4.0+
Hello everyone. Here's my problem: when I still had vB 3.8 installed I also had the auto tagger add on (located here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=218350 ) and I was having trouble with it, so I tried uninstalling it--and it left me with this:
In my side panel in the admin area. Now I'm on vb 4.1 and it's still there, is there any way I can remove this? The product was uninstalled a long time ago but they stayed there, I didn't know how to get rid of them...thank you!f |

Uninstalling a mod means more than just uninstalling the product. You must go through the install instructions backwards and remove all files/edits also.

Thank you Lynne, but what if when I installed the product it automatically made changes that added the menu on the side for example? I don't think I ever made any manual modifications for this product.

What lynne means is that you must go into the files you uploaded for the product and completely remove them. What you are seeing there in the leftover remnants of a .php file that is still sitting in your server files. FTP into your server and delete each file from the mod that you uploaded to begin with. If you don't know which files to delete, re-download the mod, open the file and look.
