Change attachments place on 1 row for 2 types

Yes , the prevous method works, I fixed a little, but for exmple if I attach this files:

vbulletin.txt, vbulletin1.txt, vbulletin2.txt, vbulletin.rar, vbulletin1.rar, vbulletin2.rar

The attach method looks this way:

Get File ( vbulletin.txt - 0 downloads - size: 59 Bytes )
Get File ( vbulletin1.txt - 0 downloads - size: 59 Bytes )
Get File ( vbulletin2.txt - 0 downloads - size: 59 Bytes )
Get File ( vbulletin.rar - 0 downloads - size: 159 Bytes )
Get File ( vbulletin1.rar - 0 downloads - size: 159 Bytes )
Get File ( vbulletin2.rar - 0 downloads - size: 159 Bytes )

I want to looks this way:

Get File ( vbulletin.txt - 0 downloads - size: 59 Bytes ) - Get File ( vbulletin.rar - 0 downloads - size: 159 Bytes )

I want , the modification to make a new row if in the first row are two attachments (but on my forum in each row is only one attachment) for two types: .rar and .txt (or even if they are only two attachments)
If you want I can give you an exemple from a vbulletin forum that have something like this but for other types , I don't want to make like them, I want only for this two types , they have for other types not for this .
