I am wondering how to do this its like the donator forums is coded completely off of vBulletin on a certain website I used to use.

Example the regular forums are
www.example.com/forums/
The premium/Donator forum is
www/example.com/forums/premium.php

Now me and a friend thought this is just something simple like its a section of the forum just hidden and the button links to the premium.php link?

Any advice? We are looking to do this as well.

EDIT:
My friend thinks they copied the whole index and changed the links and made it a premium index? Would this be true?
