I'm having problems with a lot of ASCII characters on my forum showing in HTML code, for example % showing like this &-#-3-7-; (ignore the '-', otherwise it will show the percentage symbol).
does the charset / collation of my forum's database has anything to do with this ?? Database Charset: latin1 Database Collation: latin1_swedish_ci thank you. |

What do you have set in Language Manager > find your language > Langue Code and HTML Character Set?

sorry I can't find that specific location .. find your language ? or do you mean search in phrases ?
