[URGENT] - Issue with usergroups

Whenever i try to complete any sort of update within the admincp regarding usergroups , permissions, subscription addons and such, i get the following error :

It appears you are no longer using the chatbox evo, but you didnt remove all the files related to the hack/addon.

All you need to do is delete the files you uploaded.
