Im getting alow of new users, and they have trouble
understanding how vbulletin works. I accualy agree that the section and way of deviding the forums could be done better vissualy. Its very labour intensive/ click intensive to go throw the different forum sections you like.... Could vbulletin be styled to something like this ??? Where each forum section/category accualy also lists the first 5 threads ? http://hwt.dk/Forum.aspx Thx in advance for your oppenion and time ![]() |

If im not clear enough, I would like to have the article titles listed for each section.
Like 5 thread titles for each seaction in a square. propperly needs a lot of coding to do that ![]() |

Could it be done? Yes. Do I have the code? No. You would definitely need to write a new page with new queries to do it as there is no way to just change the templates to have it done like that.

That is called vb CMPS
it looks that way because the owner styled it like that. You can find cmps here http://www.vbadvanced.com/ There are many tweeks and tricks on there forum. cmps is free. It is a CMS alternative and if that is what your looking for then it is what you want. You just have to basically configure it to your liking. Slight learning curve but nothing to difficult. |

And if it was done it would mean that everything that ever changes when vbulletin moves on in the future would have to be customized into this new page of mine ? Quote:
To the best of my knowlige its a "home made"/"Self coded" system I use Joomla as a CMS, vbadanced is very hard to make stylish, last time we used it at least. |
