I've disabled all plugins inside the admin cp but the forum is still slow if you try and view a thread. However if I disable the plugin/hook system in vB everything runs fast viewing threads is fast again..

How can I fix this? I don't really know what's wrong. Do I have to uninstall the hacks to get the speed back? Or just disable the plugin/hook system? The only slow part of the forum is viewing threads

Resolved. I enabled vbulletins debug mode and found the plugin. It was for some reason the "Restore deleted user" hack. I wasn't even restoring a user which was weird. It was being executed on every view thread. I deleted the hack and all is good now.
