I believe he is asking for a hack that will allow users to show both, the admin specified title (ie: junior member, ect) and below that, the user specified custom title (ie: super man, ect) so that it appears as follows:

[Username]
Junior Member <---- Admin Specified Basic Title
Super Man <---- User Specified Custom Title
