Paid Subscription Option at Registration.

Is anyone using a system similar to this : Paid Subscription Option at Registration

Basically it allows a user to choose the subscription type at registration.

I already posted in the paid mods forms to get this coded, however if someone is using this and can recommend a coder, I would appreciate it.
