Transferring UBB6 files to vB 2.2.1

Here's the deal, I had a site running on vB awhile back but it never really got going, so I closed it down. A little bit ago I tried my luck at starting up another site. The sad thing is a few of my staff talked me into using a UBB forum. I put allot of time into hacking it just to get close to the amount of features vB had. But then bandwidth issues came up, as well as slow downs etc. (the usual UBB problems ) And I decided it was stupid to run on UBB when I got vB which has much more features with no hacking, much faster etc. So I uploaded my old vB files installed it went to the "BB Import Systems" section and it said "you currently don't have any import scripts installed... etc. etc." so I typed in www.vbulletin.com clicked on "member area" just to find out my License expired a few weeks ago. Argghh! So now it seems I'm stuck with starting from scratch (I basically just started the forum so I only have 105 members and about 5000 posts, its not that big a deal) or keep UBB (yuck, but some of the members really want to keep things how they are. Registration dates/post counts/threads etc. they don't think its worth it). So I decided to post here to see if theirs any way to transfer the files without spending the $85 for only one simple script. Is their any UBB import hacks available to the public? Or any of you guys who still have a lic want to send me the script? ( fum@pcgnews.com )

members area renewal is only $30 if you have a owned liscence, if you have a leased liscence and only paid $85 to begin with then you don't have the right to run a vBulletin as you only purchased the leased liscence.
